Siri Maley is an undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering and International Politics at Pennsylvania State University and a teaching intern for the Pennsylvania State Humanitarian Engineering and Social Entrepreneurship program. She has traveled to Kenya the past two years, leading development of a technologically appropriate, environmentally benign, socially acceptable and economically sustainable solar food dehydrator for Kenyan entrepreneurs and business owners. She looks forward to continuing research and venture development in the upcoming academic year.
